Not sure if they have Spanish customer service but it's a good guess they do at this point. They were VERY helpful in getting Disqus to work with Blogger (in English).

Re: Long-time web personalities move to Friendfeed and Identi.ca

Hello, can you help me to put Disqus in my blog of blogger?
I am Spanish

Re: Long-time web personalities move to Friendfeed and Identi.ca

"Apparently, those with over 2000 followers can't access their accounts."

That was never the case. The limitation is related to how many people someone can follow, not how many followers you can have. There is currently no limitation on that. And the people who can't follow more than 2,000 aren't locked out of their account, they just can't follow more people unless they unfollow other accounts.
