I recently started realizing that despite all the recent 'real-time' changes, etc ... not everyone is touch daily (as many of us are) with all the tech changes continuing at a incredibly hyper pace ..... and have decided to take a broader approach with this blog. Maybe they shoud have focus groups that they can use to make sure they changes they make will be seen in a positive light.
