I just downloaded it and opened Gmail but it still looks the same :(
Am I missing some clicks or something to activate it?

Hi Sally - Firefox Tools tab on top then Better GMail 2 ... Under 'skins' ... redesigned. Variety of other options there too. Still lovin' it here. Really nice job by Gina Trapani on this. Shey - Good to see you here Buddy :)
